About Curtis
Allow us to introduce our special little man Curtis.
Curtis didn't get to spend much time with people whilst he was a young kitten so he is still learning how great people can be. He has made a lot of progress whilst spending time in foster care, and is now looking for a furever home to continue building his confidence.
Once settled in Curtis is a active young lad, who loves play time and pats. Being picked up is still a concept he is very slowly getting used to.
To set Curtis up for success in settling in to his new home he does have a few specific requirements:
A quiet, adult only home is required, with a lot of consistency and routine. A busy house with lots of visitors and children will unfortunately be too much for him.
Having his own safe room to adjust to first is a must, and understanding that this adjusting can take weeks, not days, before he then slowly starts to explore more of his new home.
Plenty of yummy treats (dine paste is a particular favourite) to make settling into his new home as positive as possible.
And perhaps confident feline friend to sow him the ropes and help him as he settles into his new digs and for lots of play time.
To learn more about Curtis please speak to our fabulous staff at the RSPCA Peninsula Shelter: 5978 9001, or pop in and visit.
