About Nessie
Hey I'm Nessie. Once I get to know my people and come out of hiding, I am an extremely loving and sweet companion who adores being pet and will purr my little heart out.
I do like to keep all paws on the ground though and am not too fond of being picked up at all! I have a very cute quirk of often forgetting to put my tounge back in which will have you melting and saying "awww!"
I just need time to build my confidence but once you've gained my trust there is no holding me back - just tap on your lap and I'll be there! A bit of chicken or temptation treat bribery goes far with winning me over too.
I love chasing around wand toys and make my own fun with a simple cardboard box - to me there is no toy better!
I will be best suited to a calm home as I do tend to startle easily. I love playing with my three siblings so I would likely do well with another energetic cat friend.
I have only met dogs through my catio enclosure and I think they're scary and weird but I'm still young so may adjust to a cat savvy canine with proper socialisation.
I am perfect at using my litterbox.
I WILL BE ADOPTED AS INDOORS ONLY - this is to not only protect me from predators and deadly diseases, but also our wonderful wildlife.

Please ensure all corresponding documentation, such as vet work for existing animals & lease agreements are provided with the completed application to avoid any delays
Applications are not approved on a first in, best dressed basis, rather we will assess on your suitability. Should we believe that the animal you have applied for may not suit your home or lifestyle, we will work with you until we find your perfect match.
Upon approval of your application, we will pass your contact details onto the carer and they will liaise with you to arrange a meet & handover. Prior to the handover, an adoption contract will be emailed to you along with copies of vet work & our bank details. The signed adoption agreement & payment of the adoption fee is required prior to the animal leaving with you. We offer a two-week trial period, and the full adoption fee, minus an administration fee will be refundable if the adoption is cancelled within those two weeks.
