About Tambourine
*In foster care in Strathfield, Sydney*
Tambourine (or Tambo) is a gentle soul with a sweet, loving nature!
Whether it's greeting you with a headbutt or rolling around on the floor asking for tummy rubs, Tambo just wants to share some love with her humans. It's hard to say no to those Puss in Boots eyes when she's angling for a treat or snuggle :)
You'll know you've found your best friend when you hear Tambo's quiet purr while she cuddles up to you!
Like all Maggie's pets, Tambourine is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I'm really eager for a home where my space will be respected. I'll likely take some time to settle in and warm up to my new environment, but once I'm comfortable, I've got so much love to give my new family! I just need a safe place to call home.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm pretty low-key and calm for my young age! While I definitely enjoy play time (especially with the laser pointer), I'm happy to spend lots of the day just chilling out.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Though I haven't met any kids since coming into foster care, I have a very gentle temperament - so I'd probably get along well with kind children who'll respect my boundaries.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Hmm, dogs hey? I've heard about them but I've never met one in real life, so it's hard to say how that might go...
I have spent some time with another young foster cat and while I do tolerate her, I'm still a bit unsure about her and I'm far from impressed when she tries to get me to play. I may be well-matched to other kitties who have a similar type of calm, non-intrusive energy as me.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
