About Coco
Coco is our 1yr and 7mth old Moodle girl….a very timid and shy little lady who will need a patient and understanding home.
Coco ADORES dogs and living alongside 3 of them in her foster home. She looks to them for guidance, comfort and support. Sadly, her trust in other dogs far outweighs that of her humans. It takes time for you to gain her trust….patience and commitment is needed.
We are NOT looking for a home where Coco would be an only dog. She will need another smaller friendly, playful dog to help bring her out of her shell. Coco has had limited exposure to cats while in care and would cope well if introduced slowly.
Kids over 12yrs only - Coco is frightened of young kids and their unpredictable nature.
Coco likes routine and this helps to make her feel more comfortable in her surroundings. She also loves sleeping in her crate and uses this as her safe place when feeling unsure.
Although Coco is very nervous and unsure when out and about, she does enjoy car rides and looking out the windows as the world goes by. Walking on lead is something that will improve as her trust in you builds.
Coco loves toys, chewing on bones and hanging out with her doggie friends. Toilet training has been somewhat challenging, although does follow the lead of her fellow furry friends most of the time. Consistency is key.
Visits to the groomer will be a regular requirement, as will regular brushing and Coco has coped quite well with getting clipped. Baths and blowdrying on the other hand are not on her list of favourites!
If you feel that you can provide a loving and safe home for this sweet girl, and have the patience and commitment to build that trust, we would love to hear from you! Coco is located in Hamlyn Terrace on the Central Coast NSW and available to adopt now.

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
