About Buster
Buster is an adorable cuddly lap dog looking for his forever home. He is a Miniature Fox Terrier x who is currently in foster care. He loves humans and is obedience trained, house trained, and walks well on the lead. Buster is also very social with other doggy friends!
Despite loving his food, Buster is currently on a weight loss diet as he is a bit on the chunky side for his size. However, this doesn't stop him from being keen to explore his surroundings with you. Buster will make a faithful companion who will love nothing more than snuggling up with you at the end of the day.
If you think Buster would make a great addition to your family, please fill out our online expression of interest at www.friendsofthepound.com/adoption-expression-of-interest
Adoption details
If there is a cat/dog you would be interested in adopting that you have seen online or met at our Adoption Centres, you will need to fill out an Expression of interest. You can do this at the Centres or online at: friendsofthepound.com/adoption-apply
We only adopt out cats and dogs to locations that are within 2 hours driving distance.
If you are a homeowner, we need a copy of your Rates Notice. If you have a Body Corp, we need their written permission that cat/dog ownership is allowed.
If you are in a rental we need written permission from the Home owner/Letting Agent. The letter needs to be dated within the last week and state the property address, the name of the Occupant (adopter-to-be) and how long you have been at the property.
We cannot accept deposits and no hold can be put on the cat/dog.
All adoptions need to be approved by our Cat, Kitten or Dog Coordinators or Management so you might not be able to adopt the cat or dog at the time you meet them.
We aim to match the cats/dogs with the most suitable owner and home environment. Our goal is to have the cats and dogs go to a home where they can spend their entire lives, which could be up to 20 years or more for a kitten. and 15-20 years for a puppy.
