Hi I am Gru! I am a retired fellow looking to live out my days in comfort with human companionship. I am looking for a calm, gentle home with mature humans that aren't likely to startle me. I would be happy to go on a gentle stroll every day. I would also love to be able to sleep on your bed or go from couch to couch showing you my snoozy, pretzel skills! I don't mind other dogs but would prefer to be your one and only.
Because I was a racing greyhound, I cannot handle cats and other small pets - if I see them, I still feel the "need for speed" and want to chase them. Deep down I know this is unacceptable but that's how I am. Apart from this trait, I am a quiet, gentle boy who will just happily stand by your side while you give me pats.
