About Mya
Everybody stop what you are doing and look at our magnificent Mya!
This gentle giant is looking for her forever home and she deserves the absolute best. Mya has come into the shelter and she has been very well-behaved, showing us that in her older age she really just wants all the comforts of home life.
Mya LOVES her bed and soft toys, she gets most excited around dinner time and is never one to say no to a yummy treato.
Although the kennels can be very loud Mya is quietly calm and collected, she adores human attention and is a well-behaved lovely lady.
Although she has a gold star review from the staff at LDH she will need to go to a home with adults only due to her size and the fact that she can get a little nervous with overhandling. She loves attention but she also appreciates her alone time to toddle off and do her own thing.
She may be suitable to live with a like-minded doggo friend but you would need to bring them into the meet and greet to see if they will match her calm demeanour.
Being a big breed she'd love a spacious home with a big backyard where she is also welcomed inside as part of the family, therefore would not be suitable to live in an apartment.
At the ripe old age of 8 years old Mya does have some minor medical conditions that the amazing vet team at LDH can explain to you when you come in to meet her.
Well what are you waiting for? Come into LDH and meet her today!
