Ted

Hello, I’m Ted.
They tell me that I am a Poodle x Chihuahua, but the humans say that it doesn’t matter what breed I am.
I am handsome and loving and snuggly.
I was surrendered because my family said that I was anxious. In fact, the doggie doctor had given me tablet to help me not be scared but since coming into care, I haven’t needed them, and I haven’t been anxious at all.
My foster home has other dogs, but I tend to stick to myself. They are a bit rambunctious for me.
My foster family has an 8-year-old boy and I really like him. He gives me treats and he even lets me sleep in his bed at night.
My foster mum says that I would do great in a home where there was someone home most of the time. I am well behaved in the house and love to be on someone’s lap.
I get a bit nervous in the car, but I am sure this will also improve as I gain confidence. I still have lots to learn about the world, but I am gaining confidence every day.
I am a gentle boy, and my foster mum says that I am “no fuss”. I hope that is a good thing.
I would do well in a quiet, calm home where I could be somebody’s furbaby.
If you are patient and kind and loving, I am sure that we would be the perfect pair.
