NOTE: You are unable to meet Felix until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Felix in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.

I’m a playful, clever boy who loves to learn, especially when treats are involved! My favourite things in the world are squeaky toys (the louder, the better), splashing about in water, and spending time with my humans. Whether we’re heading out for a walk, chilling on the couch, or just hanging out in the backyard, I’ll be right there beside you.

I’d love a home that keeps me active and included. Regular walks, park visits, or beach trips sound perfect to me! I’m still brushing up on my basic manners, but I’m smart and eager to learn with a little consistency and positive training.

I’ll also need secure 6ft Colourbond fencing (or equivalent) to keep me safe, and a diet of good-quality dry food to help keep my teeth clean and healthy.

Toys are a must! I LOVE LOVE LOVE squeaky ones! And a mix of play, love, and mental stimulation will keep me happy and thriving.

I’d be happiest as your only furry friend, soaking up all the love and attention for myself. I can find other dogs a bit too much at times, but with the right slow introduction, a calm and submissive dog might be okay. When I’ve met cats at the shelter, I haven’t been too fussed but as my confidence grows, I might get a little more curious. If you already have a cat, they’ll need to be dog-savvy, and we’ll take our time getting to know each other.

I do get excited sometimes and might accidentally knock over small children, so I’m better suited to homes with older kids or children who are used to bigger dogs.
