Hola!
This is Pablo, a 4 year old American Staffy X, who is looking for a place to call his own.
Did you know Pablo means “small” and “humble” - that’s our Pablo!
The best part about him is he is the most loyal, goofy good boy you will ever meet.
He has a lovely big smile because he LOVES his humans, everything about them is amazing in his eyes.
He is a keen companion for walks and going on adventures. He trots along by your side and then boosts off on zoomies
If you are in the car, this boy likes to be close and keep you company, watching all things go past by the window.
He is food orientated with an enthusiastic nature, which will make him great to train. He already has recall to his name and knows sit, although sometimes excited tippy toe taps take over.
He will be an awesome dog if his training is ongoing and maintained as he is so eager to please.
Since being in care with DRN, he has only lived in the shelter kennel so we are unsure how he will be when left alone by his humans for work.
He ignores the other shelter dogs. We have been told he can be dog selective, so if there is a dog in the home - a meet and greet with be arranged prior to adoption. The other dog would need to be of similar size and energy level.
A home for Pablo would include:
- Active owners, who can meet his high energy needs
- Single, couples or families with older children due his bouncy energy
- A home without cats, small pets or poultry.
- Secure yard with 6ft fencing, no mesh/wire.
Pablo is in foster care in Fullerton Cove, NSW, and is available for interstate adoption. Adoption fee is $500 and they are desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms and microchipped.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

(2) If the questionnaire is approved we will arrange a property check so we
can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) After that we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster
carer's home, nearby park or your home.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family
member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
