About Clyde
We are very excited to introduce you to our beautiful boy Clyde.
Clyde is nearly 18 months old and has been with his foster mum for several months working on his behaviour and training. He is now becoming the most wonderful young man and we think it might be time that he finds a family all of his very own.
He will need ongoing training and guidance so that he keeps his good manners that he has learned and will need to be given strict boundaries in his new home, but he is a super smart young man that has a high level of intelligence and willingness to learn.
This boy would not be suited to a home where he is left in the yard for long lengths of time with nobody home. He needs exercise, training, interaction and the ability to release his energy. We are hoping to find a family with older children who perhaps like to go hiking, running, camping or some form of physical activity to keep Clyde well exercised.
Clyde currently gets along very well with his foster brother, so we feel he could suit a family who may already have another dog. Cats don't seem to bother him.
He loves to chase balls and toys and walk on his treadmill. He has been introduced to sheep herding and did extremely well. He may have potential to do well in flyball or agility. He is crate trained and toilet trained.
We are looking for a family who are experienced with this breed of dog, who understand their activity level and are committed to continuing his training into the future.
