About Charlie
Charlie is an amazing senior dog who loves going on walks and exploring the world around him.
He is a lovable boy who enjoys spending time with his family, whether it’s going for a walk or snuggling up in a cozy bed or lap.
Charlie is very friendly and has lived with small dogs before, so he can adjust to living with other doggy companions if needed.
At the grand age of 15 and a half, Charlie is looking for an extra special retirement home where he can receive all the love and affection he deserves. If you are looking for a loyal companion to join your family, then look no further than Charlie!
We are preferring for Charlie to find a local home as opposed to our usual flexible interstate adoption options.
Medical notes
Charlie is up to date on his routine prevention treatments and has had a good groin and dental scale and Polish whilst with us. Charlie does have some arthritis present, however doesn’t prevent him from carrying out his daily activities!
We can discuss recommendations for at home arthritis management and overall senior care with interested families!

Our adoption process is simplified and straightforward, and we love working with adoptive families to find their Purr fect match!
Step 1; Send an inquiry via the rescue pets Pet Rescue Adoption Listing
Step 2; Our rescue coordinator will reply to your inquiry to proceed with Step 3, if the rescue pet is still available,
Step 3; Booking a Meet and Greet appointment with our rescue coordinator
Step 4; Holding Deposit - To secure your new best friend!
Step 5; Meet & Greet - If your rescue pet is desexed and ready to leave our care, we can facilitate adoptions on the same day.
Pet Transport for getting your new adoptive pet home;
If you are unable to travel to us to meet your new best friend you are welcome to get in touch with Road Based Pet Transport Companies to see if this is a viable option for you.
Specifically for our rescue, the pet transport company must be able to collect the pet directly from our location as we are currently unable to meet transport at other locations.

Pick Your Own Adoption fee has no rules! Choose the adoption fee that you wish, to contribute towards their vet work and care whilst being with us!
