About Joey
š Ready for Adoptionš
My name is Joey aka Joe š¶.
My race name is Redevelop.
Iām a sweet 4 year old male
Great with all dogs
I have been around older children not many smaller children but I'm a sweet respectful boy.
I have been tested with cats and they don't bother me (I don't currently live with one so you will have to train me for this)
I am an independent sweet soul and cool as a cucumber except when I get the zoomies at play time š«£ I'm a funny fast boy.
I currently am an only dog and am fine alone during work hours.
I like to carry my toys around like precious babies and nibble on them.
I can be alone all day if needed but I do need the toilet so must be able to go outside freely or be let out during the day, I do love a good sun-bake āļø.
I like pats and I will come and rest my head on your lap when I want some love and attention.
I did have some ouchies with losing toenails for a few weeks but I've just had my nails fixed so hopefully i won't have any toenail ouchies in future.
I am toilet trained and I do sleep through most nights in all sorts of funny positions but if I'm busting I will wake you up to let me out for the toilet.
If you are interested in meeting me, please call my peeeples and they can talk to your peeeples and we can make a date!
Luv Joey

Medical notes
I have an auto immune disease that causes my nails to be brittle and break. keeping them very short helps keep them from breaking and falling off.
Iām not on medication but do require vitamins to help
Adoption details
All BTG greyhounds are Desexed, C5 Vaccinated, Wormed & Heart Worm treated prior to adoption.
They have been fostered for a minimum of 8 weeks to allow maximum training and preparation for home life.
A post adoption trial period of 4 weeks is available to help families decide if the greyhound is the right one for them.
We also offer Foster to Adopt options for those who love the idea of teaching a greyhound in their home with the view to adopt it once it has "graduated" to Home Life status. This is a wonderful experience, to watch it blossom in your own home with your guidance and love. An ideal way to make sure this is the perfect dog for you.
