About Cooper
I am trying a new home to see if i like it. Cooper came to paws a very sad and neglected dog. His owners had obviously not cared for him for a long time as most of the hair was missing from his shoulders down and he was riddled with fleas. Poor cooper! he went from the pound to the very competent vet who had a plan to get cooper into good shape for rehoming. He has been having antibiotic injections for his skin which have worked very well and, as cooper was extremely thin, he is being fed nutritious food that has seen him go from a sick and skinny dog with no hair to a happy, healthy dog with hair that is growing back quickly. Cooper has the most wonderful temperament and sense of fun. His carer is now taking him out on walks which he enjoys very much and he loves other dogs and is always very happy to see them. Cooper is going to the local off leash park which he finds the most fun in the world. Cooper's carer thinks that his ideal home will be with a family who want a dog that will be a good companion for children aged 7 years or older. Cooper does not have a mean bone in his body and enjoys playing with his toys and sleeping in his lovely comfy bed. Cooper is a joy in the car and just lays down and goes to sleep. He is completely house trained and sleeps all night through without a peep. Cooper is a house dog and must have access to the house via a doggy door. When his coat grows back it will require regular grooming to keep it in good condition. Cooper comes desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, on heartworm prevention and with nsw local council lifetime registration for $350 and is not available for adoption outside nsw. If you would like more information on cooper or to arrange to meet him, please phone 0466 690916 (between 8am and 7pm only) or email using adoption enquiry as your subject heading.
