Meet Ash!

Brought to the shelter as a terrified stray, Ash has been in foster care for a while learning the love of humans and how to live in a home. Ash has turned into a very sociable young man and can't wait to find a patient and understanding family.

Initially Ash may come across as shy and nervous but give him some time and some love and he will turn into the biggest cuddle bug there is. Ash took his time getting comfortable enough to explore his foster home, so we are recommending that he has a room that he can treat as his own personal safe space until he is ready. Ash still has the young cat/kitten flare and loves to play with wand toys and anything exciting! He can get a bit overexcited with play, and sometimes accidentally uses claws, so might appreciate having another cat to show him how it's done properly. He may find comfort in a feline friend given slow introductions.

Ash is a special little boy who does his own thing but does want the attention and play time with you. He is curious, will climb up high and follow you around the house eagerly (we've been warned, he can get underfoot a bit too). Like all adorable cats he knows how to look cute and roll on his back for a tummy rub, but don't fall for it... it's a trap!
