About Roy
ADOPTION GUIDELINES
QUIET/STRUCTURED HOUSEHOLD - TEENAGE CHILDREN - SECURE YARD - DAILY WALKS
Roy is a young, energetic dog who came from a home where he was never walked, so he has missed out on the socialization daily outings offer. Ideally the new owner would need to commit to twice daily activities to get this dog out an about and rectify what he has missed out on.
The previous owner described Roy as: affectionate, live wire, friendly. Roy likes food, company and running and has, in the past, been lightening quick to go on self-propelled adventures if gates were left opened. Given that the dog was not walked at all, you can appreciate why Roy would seize any opportunity to take himself out and about if the opportunity presented itself. Roy needs someone who can make him a priority.
Roy has lived with other dogs previously but has very limited skills. When meeting another dog it would need to be very tolerant friendly and playful for this interaction to be successful.
The adoption fee for ROY is $395.00 which helps to cover the cost of mandatory de-sexing, vaccinations, microchip and a lot of care from the RSPCA crew. Who says you can't buy love?!
