About Mooney
Meet the highly intelligent and irresistibly cute, marvelous Mooney!
Even at the tender age of 11-12 weeks this sweet boy has picked up toilet training and how to alert his handlers when he's got to go, as well as his name. Commands are learned in a mere 15 minutes using positive reinforcement, perhaps another reason why this pup seems to be happy all day, every day.
Life is so exciting for Mooney, even at just the sight of familiar people he will bounce about and make adorable sounds until you say hello. Toileting, other animals, feed time, walkies or play time all are just as thrilling and he fills the room with laughter and smiles (especially with those magnificent criss crossing ears of his).
Mooney loves to be around his people, so a home that can spend time with him often and keep up with his brilliant mind would be perfect.
Mooney, whilst in foster care, has met cats, guinea pigs, other puppies and large dogs, getting alone with all species as well as he does with his humans.
As he is so excited by food and being a large breed puppy, he will need slow feeders and puzzle feeders to slow him down from gobbling up too quickly.
One of his favourite pass times is playing chaseies with his carers. If you run in the opposite direction he loves to run after you, bouncing about happily.
If a happy, intelligent and adorable new addition to your home sounds inviting, definitely reach out to meet Mooney.
