About Delilah
Petite and pretty DELILAH is a Koolie pup born in December 2023. She weighs just 13 kgs, so is a wee slip of a girl.
Timid by nature but very, very sweet-tempered, this pup is a typical Koolie - active, intelligent, eager to please and fun-loving once she gets to know you.
The photos were taken on the day of her desexing, 5 September 2023. Dr Cathy and the staff fell in love with her gentle demeanour - and their affection was returned as you can see.
Delilah is a very gentle girl and absolutely loves all humans. She will thrive in an active home with people who understand the needs of working breeds and are willing to help Delilah adjust to her new home and reach her full potential.
She is dog-friendly and, being such a sweetheart, will be fine with children and probably with cats, if introduced carefully.
Preference will be given to homes where someone is around most of the time and/or there is another compatible dog for Delilah to play with. She came into care with her littermate and has never lived without another dog.
As always, secure fencing is essential.
If you are interested in meeting this lovely pup and can offer her a suitable, safe and loving forever home, PLEASE COMPLETE THE ONLINE ADOPTION APPLICATION at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ and one of our volunteers will be in touch.
Delilah is desexed, vaccinated and microchipped.
