About Vienna 11007
Vienna is the ideal cat for both first-time and experienced cat owners. Let us introduce you to this easy-going, sweet, and lovable girl...
Vienna is an indoor-only cat who feels most comfortable and safe in the cosy environment of your home. The great outdoors may be a bit intimidating for her, but inside, she thrives in the company of loving humans & finds safety within those walls.
Vienna is open to meeting kids of all ages. Her sweet disposition and gentle nature make her a fantastic addition to families looking for a four-legged friend who can provide endless love and affection.
While Vienna isn't too fussed about meeting other cats, a slow and patient introduction is the key to a harmonious household if you already have feline friends or plan to adopt more cats in the future.
Vienna hasn't had much experience with dogs, so introducing her to a canine companion might require some time and care. For now we would say that she is not suitable to be rehomed with dogs.
Vienna is a low-energy cat, making her an excellent choice for those who prefer a relaxed and leisurely home. She's not particularly interested in toys but loves human interaction. Be prepared for cuddles and affectionate moments with this sweet girl.
While Vienna is okay with being picked up, she prefers shorter cuddles where she can feel your warmth and love. She absolutely adores having her cheeks scratched and will reward you with purrs and "making biscuits" to show her appreciation.
Vienna is an agreeable eater who's not at all fussy with her food. She's also diligent about using her litter tray, so you won't have any issues on that front. Vienna isn't one to make a lot of noise either. She's a content and cuddly cat who will fill your home with affection without a lot of fuss.
Post-Adoption Life: With all animals it’s important to understand that going into a new environment with new people may not be as seamless as we want it to be. It’s important to know that these animals have unknown histories - most are left in the shelter by their owners. The information we have is from observing the animal’s behaviours & reactions to certain stimuli whilst in our care. Adopted animals can take up to 3 months to properly decompress from post-shelter life & a lot of behaviours & quirks may surface during this time. All that we ask is that their new owners have an open mind & are patient.
Adoption details
Please remember that the pets we have available sometimes come to us with no history, so we do our very best to get to know them while they are here and to match them to your home. Sometimes animals behave differently outside of the shelter environment, so please do keep in touch after adoption so that we can help you settle your new family member in and address any unexpected behaviours.
