About Cotter
ADOPTION GUIDELINES
OLDER CHILDREN - CAUTION WITH STRANGERS - QUIET HOUSEHOLD - POSSIBLY SUITED AS A SECOND DOG OF SIMILAR SIZE
This Sweet young dog was found running scared along Cotter Road with nothing but a piece of old rusty chain around his neck.
Sadly, no-one came forward to claim him, so he is now looking for a new family to call his own.
Cotter can sometimes find meeting a lot of new people a little overwhelming but once he gets to know you, he wants to be a lap dog who will want to lick your face - so be prepared for 100% love and loyalty.
We don't believe Cotter has seen much of the big wide world so his new family will need to help him explore and reassure him the world can be a wonderful place.
Cotter will best suit an owner who is familiar with the cattle dog breed and knows what to expect: a super smart loyal dog that can be protective of their families.
Cotter is highly trainable and has found a LOVE of playing with tennis balls, so this is a great way to help burn some of his energy. Cotter will be a great addition to anyone looking for a loyal companion.
The adoption fee for COTTER is $395.00 which helps to cover the cost of mandatory de-sexing, vaccinations, microchip and a lot of care from the RSPCA crew. Who says you can't buy love?!
