About George
George is a charismatic charcoal tabby whose captivating coat is matched only by his affectionate personality. This delightful feline cherishes the simple joys in life, such as chasing after ping pong balls and exploring his surroundings with a gentle and curious demeanor. George is the quintessence of a lap cat, eagerly seeking out cuddles, offering purrs of contentment, and showing an immense capacity for love. His affectionate nature extends to both humans and animals alike, making him an exceptional companion for those seeking a furry friend who embodies warmth and companionship. George's sociable temperament means he gets along splendidly with other cats and, with proper introduction, is likely to welcome canine siblings into his circle, showcasing his adaptable and easygoing nature.
Ideal for a variety of living situations, from a single-person household to a bustling family home, George is looking to be more than just a pet; he wants to be a part of the family. He thrives in an environment that provides plenty of interactive playtime, comfortable laps for snuggling, and an abundance of love.
Adoption details
STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW: I will come desexed, vaccinated (1st F3) and microchipped and will have up to date worm and flea treatments.
ADOPTING ME: You must be able to provide me with a loving long term and safe home. I would be fine in an apartment as long as I didn't have free run of the balcony if it wasn't fully enclosed. Please ensure your house or apartment can contain a cat inside (ie fly screens etc).
Please remember that I have thought seriously about taking you on and when you take me home, I am committing to you for life. So, I hope you have thought seriously about this and are likewise planning on committing to me.
ABOUT YOU: Given you know all about me, my foster parents would like to know something about who my new parents are going to be. They have rescued me from death row and have given me a lot of care and love. I know they love me and therefore want the best for me.
ABOUT US: AWL Western Suburbs branch wants to promote adoptions of cats from our foster carers & pounds. If you would like to help us, please feel free to contact us and find out how you may assist, including being a foster parent.
All adoptions will require a Pre-adoption application form completed and returned prior to a meet & greet with our cats. Please note that several people may be applying for the same cat so we need time to review all applicants. We do not re-home to the first to apply, we re-home to who best suits the needs of the cat or kitten. All applications will be considered individually and approval will be at the discretion of the AWL NSW Branch Representative, with their decision being final.
