This lovely lady is Dacota. She has a fantastic nature and a beautiful senior vibe but is still very healthy and full of excitement for outings and exercise. Age is just a number for this girl! She shows no signs of sensory deterioration or joint problems and can jump on the bed and into the car with no problems. Dacota also loves her walks! She can get a bit excited on the lead if she hears or sees a dog barking behind a fence, but she will walk at heel if you ask her to and very responsive to your voice.

Dacota has beautiful manners inside and outdoors. She will alert you to anyone near the house but she doesn't have a loud bark. Toilet trained and used to living indoors with her owner as a companion.

Dacota gets along well with all the dogs she's been introduced to since being in care so could easily join a home that has another dog. She's untested with cats and has not lived with children before so solely for that reason is probably best living in a home without young kids.

Her foster carer says she really can't fault Dacota! And we would love to find her a loving and kind home for the rest of her days.

MEDICAL NOTES
Adoption fee includes vet check, vaccination, microchip (including transfer of ownership fee), flea and worm treatment and sterilisation. Dacota has had a dental and had some teeth removed as well as a clean and scale.

ADOPTION NOTES
Our adoption process for the successful applicant includes a meet and greet, (including your own dog if applicable), a home check (or photos of your yard and fencing to be supplied to us if not local), and a two week trial period to ensure your chosen dog is the right fit for your home.

All adoption fees must be deposited into our SAFE Bunbury bank account in full before adoption trial starts (we cannot accept cash). The Adoption Agreement will be emailed to the selected applicant in advance of meeting your chosen dog.

After the adoption trial period has been completed we arrange transfer of ownership of the dog's microchip to the new owner, and email out the vet records.
