About Matilda
Our super star Matilda is ready to find a home.
Matilda is a staffordshire bull terrier cross that is very social. Matilda's estimated date of birth is 8 June 2023.
Matilda has been socialised with a variety of dogs and cats. Matilda has the ability to read the situation and adapt her style of play / interaction to match the animal/person she is interacting with.
Matilda would suit most homes. She would love a furry companion or a human that is home a fair bit. Due to being very social Matilda would not cope being a solo pet with a person working full time away from the home.
Matilda is an agile girl, so will need secure fencing. Material that is not able to be climed by Matilda.
Whilst Matilda had a rough start to life, that has not held her back. She is full of life and love. Matilda has a broken tail in 3 places - so is a bit of a zig zag tail, but it does not bother or affect her at all.
Matilda has been flea and worm treated, had 2 vaccinations, microchipped and desexed. Her adoption fee is $900.

Adoption details
We like to take the personal approach where a person sends an email of interest around an animal and then we will follow up with phone discussions and email exploration through a survey.
Please note we are a small group of volunteers that balances the administrative side with the care of the animals.
Please only apply for one of our animals if you are genuinely interested in them.
We expect the prospective owner to travel to meet the animal and we are open to trial periods to ensure we have the match right.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
