Meet Trixie!

This lovely older lady was surrendered to the shelter through no fault of her own and finds herself looking for her forever home in the last years of her life. Trixie has previously been extremely well cared for and well loved, and is looking for a home that will be dedicated to caring for her until her last days.

Trixie is in great condition for her age, though she's a bit on the porky side! Trixie is extremely affectionate, she loves the attention of people, and enjoys being adored over and groomed (she loves the brush!). She loves nothing more than to relax on the couch or the bed while you dote on her. Trixie would suit a relaxed home without a lot of hustle and bustle; despite being ok with other animals, she definitely prefers to have her own space, so we are recommending she be an only pet. She would be fine to live with sensible and savvy children as well.
