About Douglas
Douglas is the quiet one of this litter of 4. He is often sitting and watching before choosing to go play. His favourite thing ever is cuddling with his carer, or anyone who will give him cuddles. Douglas knows his name and will generally come when called.
Douglas will benefit by ongoing training and his new family must be committed to doing this and spending lots of time with him. He must go to a home with another small, playful and well-adjusted canine friend who will teach him doggy manners.
Like all our dogs, Douglas must have access inside the home at all times and be permitted to sleep inside the home at night.
Being a Jack Russell Terrier x Douglas will need an active home with daily walks and adventures and her new owners will need to also provide her with daily mental stimulation.
Please send us a detailed and informative email about your family, lifestyle and existing pet/s to sasrescue@gmail so that we can see if you and Douglas are a good match. Our email: sasrescue@gmail.com.au
Medical notes
The adoption fee includes vet checks, microchip, 2 puppy vaccinations (3rd vaccination at adopters cost) and desexing. As Douglas is too young atm to be desexed this will be done when he is around 5/6 months of age. Br
He will need to return to our rescue vets in Beverly Hills for this desexing which is included in the adoption fee
Adoption details
SAS will arrange a "meet and greet" with our rescue pet and we offer a two week trial period if we feel that the rescue pet and the prospective family are well matched.
