This little guy is on the hunt for his forever home, and he's bringing a ton of positivity and love to the table.
A Heart of Gold: Kobe is like a treasure waiting to be discovered. He might start off a bit shy, but he's been putting in the effort to become a confident and outgoing pup. His determination to conquer his shyness shows just how much he wants to become your best friend.
Perfect Fit: If you're all about calm vibes and peaceful moments, Kobe is your perfect match. He's looking for a serene and quiet environment where he can shine. He's totally open to hanging out with adults and kids (aged 6 and up) who understand his need for a little extra TLC.
One and Only: Kobe is ready to be the superstar of your household! He prefers being the only dog around, as he likes to have all the attention for himself. While he's not quite sure about other furry friends, he's definitely open to becoming the sole canine king of your castle.
Living the Dream: Imagine Kobe lounging indoors or exploring the great outdoors with a safe and secure yard. He'd be over the moon with a small to medium yard and high secure fencing, giving him the freedom he craves.
Adventure Awaits: Kobe's energy levels are just right for some fantastic walks and light exercises. Whether you're a full-time hustler or part-time, Kobe's adaptable attitude means he'll be your partner in crime, no matter the schedule.
Work Hard, Play Hard: This clever pup is a quick learner, and he's all about that positive reinforcement. Kobe's got a thing for treats, and he's a pro at taking them gently. He already knows his name and has the "sit" command down pat, and he's working hard to master "down" as well. We always recommend post-adoption training whether it be at home or with a professional. Training doesn’t have to be a chore – it can be a fun experience for you both, it doesn’t take long & is a great way for you to bond with your new pal.
Cuddle Champion: While toys might not be Kobe's main squeeze, he's head over heels for human interaction and cuddles. Walks are a breeze with this leash master—no pulling here! He walks like a dream!
Me Time: When it's time for a little R&R, Kobe knows how to kick back and relax in his kennel. He'll happily snooze the day away, showing his laid-back and easy-going nature.
If you're on the lookout for a furry friend who's as determined as he is affectionate, Kobe is the one. He's ready to share his love and positivity with an amazing family like yours. So, why wait? Let Kobe's bright spirit light up your life and bring endless joy to your home!
Post-Adoption Life: With all animals it’s important to understand that going into a new environment with new people may not be as flawless as we want it to be. It’s important to know that these animals have unknown histories. Most left in the shelter by their owners. The information we receive is from observing the animal’s behaviours & reactions to certain stimuli whilst in our care. Adopted animals can take up to 3 months to properly decompress from post-shelter life & a lot of behaviours & quirks with surface during this time. All that we ask if that their new owners have an open mind & are patient.
Adoption details
Please remember that the pets we have available sometimes come to us with no history, so we do our very best to get to know them while they are here and to match them to your home. Sometimes animals behave differently outside of the shelter environment, so please do keep in touch after adoption so that we can help you settle your new family member in and address any unexpected behaviours.
