Adorable Floyd is a 2 year old mixed breed. He is an absolute sweetheart, with a face full of goofy expressions to match his goofy personality. He is such a lovable fellow who will make a wonderful companion.

Floyd has come from an exceptionally loving home, where he lived with his mixed breed mate, Sally and three resident cats. He loves them all but Floyd is a real dog's dog. He loves other dogs and to run around with them.

Floyd might be a bit goofy but he is very smart and knows the commands; shake, hi-5, sit.

When it’s feed time, he will follow the command “sit” and will only go for his food once he hears you command him “OK”. 

Floyd loves his daily walks and walks great on lead. When crossing roads, he will sit and wait the command “walk” to cross the road. He also loves his weekly off leash paddock runs with other dogs (strictly fenced area) and gets along with all types of dogs.

He travels well in the car, so is happy to go anywhere with you for adventures. Bath time is not his favourite thing, but he doesn't make a fuss. He will just stand there frozen while you wash him.

He is an adorable boy with some funny endearing quirks, such as spinning around in circles when he gets exited to see you.

His favourite snacks are whole carrots, cucumbers and broccoli stems.
His main diet is dog kibble, with additional cracked raw eggs and chicken necks.

Floyd is looking for the most loving home with a high fenced backyard to keep her safe, a human/s who understands the needs of a large breed dog such as daily walks and unconditional love and where he is a member of the family, not just left alone in a backyard.

He is used to be in indoor/outdoor dog, happy to be in the yard if nobody is home but must be allowed inside and to sleep inside.

We would love to see Floyd to go to his new forever home with his mate Sally, but if not, another friendy dog in his family is definitely needed.
