About Lucas
Meet Lucas!
This sweet little man absolutely loves the company of humans and other animals. He can be a little timid when he meets new humans but warms up quickly!
Lucas is a fast learner and knows his name, knows sit, is crate trained and is picking up toilet training very well!
He is a little bit of a sooky and will cry and cry like he's in pain when he bumbs into you or another dog, but this is just because if his timid nature.
He lovess chew toys, tug a ropes, and and toy really. He can be a little cheeky and steal your shoes sometimes, but is learning he's not allowed to. He also loves to chew on cardboard. A typically puppy really!
He loves cuddling with his foster family and will jump up on the couch for snuggles and pats.
He currently lives with a range of dogs from Chihuahua to kelpie and gets on well with all of them! He's also met cats and lives with a 4yo kiddo.
He will need an owner who's going to continue his training. He will also need regular brushing and visits to the groomer to ensure his coat is kept in top nick!

Please note Lucas is NOT a small breed dog. He will grow to be medium, potentially large breed.

Adoption details
Our adoption process consists of:
- An adoption application questionnaire that will be emailed upon an enquiry if we deem your enquiry is suitable for that particular animal. Please read the description of our animals before making an enquiry.
- A meet and greet to ensure yourself and any existing animals are suitable for your chosen furry friend
- A house check to ensure your property is suitable. This my include physically coming to your house, a video call or photos.
- An adoption agreement to sign upon being approved for adoption. This includes a two week trial period to allow your new pet to settle into their new home.
- Please note we are purely volunteer run so sometimes it may take up to 7 business days for the team to get back to your enquiry and we will only contact you if we believe your enquiry is suitable.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
