About Daisy
Daisy is a little pocket rocket with a love of snacks and an even bigger love of snuggles!
She is fun, incredibly sweet and incredibly gentle, she would suit a family with kids or another dog whom she could romp and play with. Daisy has a striking red brindle coat and is a mix of who knows, she is only around 13kgs and we refer to her as a 'rescue special'...
Daisy is still young and does need to continue to work on a couple of things like housetraining and her kleptomania, as she does like to steal bits and pieces around the house and relocate them to her bed where she may engage in a little nibble. However these things are all fairly minor and she is great out and about, good on leash, loves that car and is content when left alone.
Daisy is all seriousness is a great all rounder, she is a well adjusted girl who would suit a variety of homes and is incredibly easy to fall in love with.
MY IDEAL HOME: Daisy's ideal home would be with a family that are looking for a dog that they can include in all aspects of their life. She would best suit a home with a yard over an apartment and would love her humans around more often than not, but would be okay with full time workers if there was another friendly dog for company.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Daisy can run and play all day but if it's time to chill she is quick to curl up next to you and settle down. Daisy's ideal family will be one who can take her on a daily adventure or two! She loves to use her nose and would benefit from something like nose works classes or even just a daily snuffle mat.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Daisy is incredibly gentle and would suit a home with children.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Daisy has lived with both dogs and cats and gets along well with both! She really ticks all the boxes.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
