About Emma
Emma is the sweetest little girl, and will be happiest in a calm home where she will get lots of cuddles, and won’t be left alone much.
She loves walkies, has started learning how to play with toys, and gets along well with other small dogs.
Emma is so gentle and is good with kids who can also be gentle with her. She’s toilet trained but much prefers little visits to the garden or grass to do her business, and we think she’d really thrive in a home with a small garden rather than an apartment.
She’s such a clever girl and loves learning new things such as sitting, standing up, and waiting…..all for treats of course! And she is learning to walk nicely on the lead, and to play with other doggies at the dog park.
We know Emma is a chihuahua, but we sometimes thing she might be part cat (she is the snuggliest girl and can often be found under doonas, or curled up in the laundry) and she just loves affection, or even part chicken as she likes to perch on shelves, the back of the sofa etc
Emma needs and wants to feel part of a family and given her past, stability is going to be a really big thing for her. She bonds quickly, but feels anxious the moment she is left alone, so this will be something her forever family will be able to work on and help Emma start to feel less fearful of being abandoned and knowing that her family aren’t abandoning her
Medical notes
3 year old Emma is desexed and microchipped. She is up to date with vaccinations, as well as flea, tick, intestinal worm and heart worm prevention.
Emma has had a recent dental surgery where she had 12 teeth extracted as well as a scale and polish, we recommend annual dental checks with your vet.
Otherwise Emma is in good health.
