About Kewpie
*In foster care in Lidcombe, Sydney*
Kewpie is one chunky, cuddly snowball of love and energy! His one true obsession is cat TV - he'll sit right in front of the screen watching in fascination, and occasionally searching behind the telly for those pesky birds :)
Rescued with his siblings, Kewpie had a rough start to life but he's definitely making up for it now! In foster care he's wasted no time catching up on all the kitten experiences such as playing fetch (yep! He'll happily chase his little Simpsons ball and bring it back to you to throw again), playing tag with his resident cat friends, and eating all the food.
He's a BIG boy - not even a year old and already outgrowing his adult pals - and he has a very inquisitive nature, always picking up pens and pencils from the desk and carrying them to what he deems a more appropriate spot. It’s Kewpie’s world and we’re all just living in it!
Like all Maggie's pets, Kewpie is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: Due to my pale features I'm looking for an indoor-only home, as I'm prone to getting skin cancer (especially on my pink ears and nose). At the moment I have access to an enclosed balcony that's completely shaded and receives no sun, which is purrfect :)
I currently live with four other cats and would love a playmate to match my energy - be it another cat or human!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Boundless! I need lots of toys, cat trees and interactive playtime to stay happy and healthy.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Because I'm energetic, a home with children aged 10+ who can play appropriately with me will be best.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Cats are great - and they're sure to love me too, as long as we're on the same cheeky wavelength!
I have had some exposure to dogs and it wasn't fun, so I'm definitely looking for a dog-free home please!

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
