What’s your favourite way to start the day? Did you answer Breakfast? Congratulations, correct answer!

Yes it’s me, Breakfast the hound, your little morning treat. I will be by your side when you rise with helpful suggestions such as “sausages go with everything” and “toast tastes better when you share it with a hound”.

Something about me, I have lots of OPINIONS! I have been described by my friends at Greysland as “sassy” which really means if things aren’t up to my standard you’re gonna know about it!

I’m still waking up to the pet life. I would love a human family who understands that I need to take things slow and get used to the wide world in my own time. I’m not quite sure about a few things at the moment - walks, little kids, other types of dogs - but every day I am learning a bit more. I would do well with a home in a quiet area with someone who will be patient with me and take walks verrrrrrrry slowly.

Our matchmakers go to greyt lengths to match each hound with the right family to make sure everyone's happy, and you'll become part of a wonderful rescue community with lots of support along the way!

All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and heartworm tested/treated. The adoption fee also includes our New Adopter Kit - collar, leash, muzzle and loads of other goodies to help you get your new hound settled into the family.
