Olaf

Olaf is a bright happy boy. Although named after a fictional snowman, the warmth of his heart will melt your heart with his affection.
Olaf loves his life as a foster. He likes to be involved in your daily life, knowing what you are up to and keeping you company.
He is very playful and toys are his big thing. Olaf will play with whatever he finds, not just his toys. He will delight in souveniring that cardboard box or empty yoghurt tub.
He has three big toy boxes to choose from, each full of some flush squeaky toys and things to chew and throw. He will also drag his beloved cuddlepilla to different rooms.
Olaf is in foster care with a young female and male greyhound. He and Whisper, his foster sister love to play together. They gallop the length of the house and have a great time tossing toys and having a playful wrangle. Whisper and Olaf love to play tug-o-war. Often the smaller Whisper wins as Olaf decides to “Let it go” (sorry - bad Frozen pun)
Olaf is toilet trained but would prefer a modest yard to poop in. He sleeps on his own bed with his foster siblings in the human bedroom at night. His human gets up early most mornings so he is happy to be the first to greet him for a good morning cuddle. His human works a long day and Olaf has adjusted to having just the company of foster siblings Whisper and Toby for the day. They generally all sleep all day in the same room with the occasional toilet brea, a stretch and bed swap. Olaf has been happy totally alone at home for up to four hours without his foster siblings or a human at home.
Olaf likes his routine of a morning walk, then breakfast and is happy to settle for the day. He gets another longer walk after work, back home for dinner, a bit of a play and then about 8pm its “treat O’Clock”. Time for a snack and quiet time before bed time.
On his walks Olaf has become much more confident and relaxed. He is a gentle walker, happy to sniff and investigate all the interesting goings on in the neighbourhood. He loves to greet every human, hoping they may offer a pat and a chat. He is calm meeting all polite dogs. He would rather avoid rude, over excited dogs.
Olaf has a greattine at our Gumtree Greys Farmers market stalls. He is an absolute delight, loving all the humans and dogs to meet. He adores exploring the market. He is best boy at markets but totally exhausted in the afternoon.
Olaf loves the car but does still ask for of a bum-lift to leaver him in. He travels very calmly but can take some convincing to get out because its his happy place.
Olaf is a bouncy entertaining lad so not ideal for a home with smaller children to knock over.

No cats or small dogs
No full time workers unless some working from home or there is another dog
No children under six
