About Ruby
Introducing you to our bubbly RUBY.
Ruby came to us 5 weeks ago after being at a rural NSW pound since Oct 2022. At the age of 5.3yo
She was surrendered there due to her family not able to look after her anymore.
Everyone at the pound only has great things to say about this girl. The ranger and the staff there were cheering for this girl to secure a spot with a rescue so she can have a chance to find a great loving home again.
This girl never complain or cause trouble.
*Obedience, Temperament & Lifestyle*
She is gentle sweet loving friendly girl.
Ruby is eager to please you and just want to be loved.
She is an indoor dog and walks well on leash. Very good obedience skills and house trained.
Her fav spot is by the window so she can watch the beautiful view
She loves car rides too.
After spending 9 mths at a pound Ruby doesn't want to miss another moment of adventure with her humans. She loves being a part of the family and hope to find a forever family that will treat her as a part of the team.
Ruby is friendly with people young & adult . She prefers the company of a dog that's calm and mature (not over the top)
At first intro Ruby will seem shy & cautious but won't take long for her to warm up to you once she knows you are a friend.
Ruby will shower you with smiles and hugs and kisses . She is also happy to entertain herself by playing with her toys
This girl is so easy going she integrates well with family living.
Ruby is also independent- she has no issue being left alone every now and then - just make sure she gets the window view
Ideal home for Ruby is a home that has time for Ruby. With her lovely bubbly sweet temperament Ruby deserve a home where her humans are available to enjoy her companionship and give her the same level of companionship, commitment & unconditional .
One that will take her for walks/adventures/car rides because she loves adventuring outdoor with her humans .
Ruby is not a dog that is keen to join other dogs at dog parks she prefers to keep things to herself and mind her own business. So if you are looking for a dog to be taken to dog parks with 50 other dogs running around at each other...Ruby is not the gal for you.
Ruby current diet consist of human grade fresh food ie beef chicken fish, veggies, occasionally mixed with premium grain free kibbles.
For dental hygiene - raw beef rib bones or lamb neck are best.
***If you are A family with a resident dog , your dog will need to be a dog that's well balanced mature and calm.
***If you are A family with kids, they will need to be dog savy.
***Secure Fencing is a must.
***She can be suitable for apartment living *depending on the location & size of the apt*
*NO CATS or Other Small Animals*
