About Harry
Introducing HARRY of The Harry Potter Litter, five beautiful puppies born around 17 March 2023. On 4 August, Harryweighed 6.7 kgs.
We have been reliably informed by pound staff that Harry and his littermates are Wolfhound/Mastiff mixes, although judging from his current weight, we doubt that he will grow to that size. We think he's much more likely to be a medium-sized dog.
Harry is sweet-natured, placid and slightly reserved but quickly warms up with pats, cuddles and kind words. Definitely not the dominant one in the litter, Harry is gentle with young kids and has never met a human he doesn't love.
The photos were taken at our vet when Harry was there for his second vaccination. He was such a good boy and won the heart of our vet, Dr Christine, who wanted to take him home - but she says that about all the puppies!
Harry will make a loyal, loving and devoted companion for an individual or a family.
Preference will be given to homes where someone is around most of the time and there is another compatible dog for Dobby to play with. Secure fencing and plenty of space to romp and play are essential.
If you are interested in meeting this lovely pup and can offer him a suitable, safe and loving forever home, PLEASE COMPLETE THE ONLINE ADOPTION APPLICATION at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ and one of our volunteers will be in touch.
Harry is part way through his course of parvo vaccinations and is microchipped. His adoption fee covers desexing when age appropriate. He is also flea and worm-treated.
