Filled with charisma this little Kelpie x Border Collie mix is just gorgeous.
Her gorgeous Rich Red and Tan markings makes her a head turner to everyone she meets and then to add the joy for life she has , well, how can you not want this girl in your life ?
She is very confident around new people and runs to greet you with a wagging tail and a face full of excitement and joy.
Not surprising based on her breed mix she is a super smart girl and will bloom in a home that are prepared to train her well.
Sierra is a cheeky,fun loving little girl with loads of affection and puppy fun.
She loves the teens in the home and will make a great addition to an outdoor loving family or couple who seek a good energy addition to their family.

Favorite things
Sierra loves toys OMG she is the queen of playing with anything that even resembles a toy lol
She loves playing with the other resident dogs and one of her favorite nap places when she is tired is snuggled on your lap on the couch watching TV
Interaction with humans
Sierra is definitely a social butterfly and is fabulous with people of all ages
She isn't mouthy so we are very confident in placing her with children who are dog savvy.
Obedience/Training –
Sierra has displayed a lovely disposition. Although still very young, she presents as a pup who will likely thrive with training. She has been a delight to be around.
Breed mix is incredibly clever so training this girl will be a breeze.
Animal/Social skills
Sierra is in a foster home with 5 other dogs of all shapes and sizes and she loves them all.
She tends to hang out more with the younger ones that love to play and zoom around the yard having endless hours of chase me , nope i'll chase you games.
We have not tested her with cats but definitely young enough to learn.
Food
Independence
Sierra is more than happy being outside with her fur siblings, and keeps herself entertained very easily. She loves exploring the garden, playing in the sand pit and lazing around in those sunny spots on a nice day.
Sleeping
Sierra loves to sleep on her bed inside with the other dogs During the day, she happily naps either inside or outside with the pack.
Exercise
Sierra has been a very active dog during her time in foster care. ( yup she's an active breed puppy) She would thrive in an active household where she is walked daily and included in day to day activities.
As Sierra matures she will require daily exercise and a good run and walk as she is mixed with 2 higher energy dogs who need enrichment and to keep their brains active throughout their entire lives.

Sierra is seeking a home where she is included in the day to day activities of her adoptive family. She would love to be homed with a male dog who is kind and happy to play with her. She will happily fit into a home with children who are kind and gentle and mature enough to manage puppy teething etc.

IDEAL HOME: / ADOPTION CRITERIA
Sierra will be a higher energy dog and will require lots of stimulation and exercise as she matures
A home with a good size medium to large backyard with grass, shelter, and secure fencing. We request you do not apply if you are in a unit or terrace with a small yard as this will just lead to disappointment as we will not adopt this breed into that situation.
A home with or without children, they must be dog savvy children who can handle puppy behavior.Children must also be mature enough to understand that puppies must be allowed to have “ down time” and plenty of sleep and not be disturbed.
A home with or without another dog.If another dog is in residence already we seek a Male of medium to large size who is well socialized and tolerant of puppy behavior.
A daily walk. Short walks while she is a puppy and her bones are developing. A moderate-long walk when is older and has more energy to burn.
A lot of love and training is essential as this beautiful girl has huge potential to be amazing in the right hands.
Sierra should be welcomed as part of the family and not just left on her own in the backyard all the time. Her new family should dedicate time to training and take her to puppy classes.
She is young enough to learn if you have a dog savvy cat
We recommend children in the home to have prior dog / puppy exposure before your family applies for a young pup as teething is a thing that will cause inexperienced young children to become upset when the puppy chews their toys and or the children.
