About Sassy - 2 Year Old Chihuahua X (Trial 17/9/23)
Hi, I’m Sassy and my foster mum says I’m pretty special. I’m a tiny 4.9kg sassy sweety pie. My middle name is FUN. I’m 2 years young so I’m fit as a fiddle and energetic. I go a bit crazy running around the house and big yard with my two siblings, so I would like space and grass to stretch my legs whenever I like please.
I’m cuddly, gentle, kind, loving, adventurous, curious and did I mention cute as a button. I love to be under your feet and check out everything you’re doing and taste what you are eating. FYI your lap is now mine so whenever you sit I would like to be on your lap, thank you. I’ve had a sheltered life so I would love someone to adopt me who will take me on many adventures to discover the outside world more. As I’m young and Sassy I will go stir crazy if you think I’m a lazy lap dog and don’t take me out for walks every day and stimulate my brain with new things in life.
I’m great with other small dogs (10kg and under) and I would very much would like the company of a sibling who is fun and can match my energy so they can chase me, I love that game! FYI they will never catch me though I’m waaay too fast!
My new learnt skill is the doggy door, it’s a must have please, so I can practice my ongoing toilet training please as I don’t want to revert back to inside toileting as I know you won’t like that.
I’m small and I get cold quickly, so I need access to indoors at all times please. I am not an outside dog, I’m too sassy for that.
I can sleep in a crate all night long but given the chance I sleep with my humans perfectly.
Please note I JUMP HIGH. I can leap onto your lap when you are sitting on a stool! I know so clever! So please make sure you have high secure fencing, nothing to climb up and over, and most certainly no small gaps under fences or under the house. My foster mum say to think Fort Knox.
Sassy In brief:
• Practicing house training and uses the doggy door.
• Need a super secure yard. Good high fence and no gaps.
• Need a family home often.
• Not tested on cats, bunnies’ birds etc
Sassy is in foster care in Cameron Park, NSW and is not available for adoption interstate. Her adoption fee is $700. She is desexed, vaccinated, worm and flea treated.
