Hi, I'm Fox!

When I first came to SAFE I hadn't had a lot of interaction with people before, so I was very scared and spent a lot of time huddled with Koala and Bear whom I came in with.

Since then, I have learned that I really, really love people! As soon as my carer comes into the room I run straight over for pats and belly rubs. I rub all around her and even jump on her lap to get her attention if she starts patting my friends more!

I have just started to play, and it's OK, but I get a little bored and usually just run back for more cuddles. I do however, love to play with hands! I get a little overstimulated with pats sometimes and like to grab and nibble them - don't worry though, I am as gentle as I can be!
I really love my friends Koala and Bear; I spend my days curled up and grooming with them and would very happily go to a home with them too! However, I could also go by myself.

I could live in a house with another calm and friendly cat, dog, or older children, provided you are able to let me really take my time meeting them. I was very shy to begin with - and will likely be very shy when moving homes again - so will need a home that is willing to patiently work with me while I learn to trust them too.

I would not be suited to a home with small children or loud/energetic dogs, as I am very timid to begin with, and can get overstimulated with too much petting.

ADOPTION FEE - $360

Adoption fee includes vet check, sterilisation, first f3 vaccination, flea and worm treatment and microchip, including the transfer of ownership.

* On the SAFE website simply click on 'Apply to Adopt'.

ADOPTION DETAILS

After applying, one of our SAFE coordinators will be in touch to arrange for you to meet with the cat/kitten or to talk to their carer for more information.

Our adoption process includes a two-week trial to ensure your chosen pet is the right fit for your home. After a successful trial period, SAFE Esperance will arrange transfer of ownership on your new pet's microchip and email copies of their vet records out to you.
