About Ferb
It’s time to fall in love with Ferb!
Ferb is a beautiful young cavoodle who is ready for a family of his very own. He is a very sweet boy and a great little companion. You will often find him following you around the house keeping an eye on what you are up to. Ferb loves to play with his toys. He’ll run around the house with his toy and show everyone what he has that is so awesome. You will definitely find yourself having a few giggles at this fun little guy. Once all the fun is over, Ferb loves a good snuggle session with his humans.
Ferb loves going on his walks. He has good leash manners and will walk with confidence past any distractions. Ferb thoroughly enjoys accompanying his foster carer on the morning coffee walk where he is more than happy to greet people along the way. And let’s be honest – he has lots of admirers! Ferb will need regular exercise throughout his life to keep him healthy and happy.
While in care, Ferb has shown that he has good house manners and knows the basics. He knows how to sit and is pretty easy going around the home. Ferb is toilet trained as long as he is given access outside. He had a trip to the groomers and got a glowing report on his behaviour. His beautiful coat will require regular grooming like any cavoodle. Ferb travels very well in the car and would love to be included on the car trips in his new home.
Ferb and another cavoodle were dropped into the deposit pens at a rural pound and then not reclaimed. It appears that Ferb may not have previously met many other dogs as we have observed him to be quite indifferent when seeing or meeting other dogs. We feel that Ferb is best suited to a home with another small friendly female dog who can become his new friend over time. His new family will need to be able to integrate the dogs in a slower and more controlled style so some dog experience will be necessary. We expect that Ferb will enjoy playing and doing zoomies with his new companion once he has settled in and built a relationship with them.
We are looking for a loving and committed owner for Ferb who will include him as part of the family. He must have a home with another friendly small female dog. Ferb should be allowed inside to be with the family and will need a warm comfy bed inside to sleep on at night – he will happily curl up with you on your bed if you let him! We are looking for an adult only home for Ferb where the focus can be on him settling in and being the best version of himself. Once you meet this little fellow you are bound to fall in love just like we have.
If you would like to make this beautiful dog a part of your family, then please complete a Dog Adoption Enquiry form on the Fetching Dogs website as the next step. Please include plenty of details about your previous dog experience, your current dog and the type of lifestyle Ferb would have with you.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
