Meet Lucky! One of the luckiest dogs in our care.

Here's Lucky's story...

Poor Lucky was found in rough shape battling a lot of tumors and feeling sorry for himself. Our amazing vets at AWL took on a challenging surgery to hopefully save Lucky's life. We were amazed to see it was successful and he now has a new lease on life.

Now Lucky is looking for a forever home who can give him a taste of freedom this long termer craves. He loves to lay in the sun, play soccer and ball, have calm and quiet time and just lounge about. He is an ideal old boy for many homes.

Lucky would best suit a quiet home with no kids as he loves a good mid-day snooze. He would also suit being an only pet due to his medical history and need for relaxation and comfort. Lucky can be forgetful sometimes so a home with easy access and routine would be ideal for him.
