It's my pleasure to introduce Carter!

Carter doesn't have a mean bone in his body and will fit in with just any family. He might not be the tiniest kitty in the shelter, but he'll challenge anyone to the title of SNUGGLIEST! He's a confident and smoochy boy looking for a quiet home to spend his days surrounded by love and affection!

Carter would like to be spoiled with lots of treats, toys, playtime, and of course snuggles. He would love it if there is a cool window to look out of, to watch the world go by from the safety of indoors and see what all the fuss is about.
