Sally

Sally is the sweetest 7.5 year old kelpie girl who quickly worked her way into her foster carers hearts.

While in care Sally has shown she’s a very well mannered girl. Sally knows all basic commands, she’s great on a lead, travels well in the car, sleeps throughout the night (often having to be woken up in the morning) and is cat friendly. Sally is very human focused and is always up for a cuddle. She loves her walks or a game of ball and has an excellent off switch. Sally also loves relaxing on her bed or a sunny spot in the garden.

Sally has been friendly meeting other dogs while out walking and loves to say hello but she can get unsettled if dogs are loose around her especially if they are playing. Sometimes she will be ok, other times she will get bossy and assert herself. This has been easily diffused verbally but
we believe given her previous living arrangements she just gets overwhelmed.

Sally will need secure fencing as she was known to take herself for a wander in her previous home, though she may have just been bored. In foster care she has 5ft fencing and this has not been an issue.

Sally has an endearing nature and will quickly bond with anyone that gives her live attention. She is well and truly past the puppy and adolescent stage, but still has a great zest for life. Sally’s foster carer believes this sweetheart will bring happiness into any home.
