Etzel is a loving and energetic young dog that wants all the love. He loves cuddles, chew toys and lots of treats! 🥨

Etzel loves to be by your side to keep you warm and receive cuddles. That’s why he would be most happy in a house where someone is at home most of the day 😊

He’s still learning how to behave indoors so when left alone a nice designated area with lots of toys would be great! ⚽️ Otherwise he loves to take a sneak peak of what’s on the counter👀

Etzel would love a doggy friend to keep him company and keep up with his puppy antics - he loves to play with his current foster brother in the garden🐶But even without another dog he will be happy to be by your side! ❤️

During foster care Etzel has enjoyed his time as an inside dog. He loves to snuggle in with his favourite humans in bed or on the sofa. 🛋️

Etzel is still learning to contain his excitement and at this stage still jumps up and spins around in excitement when meeting you at the door, so a family with older children may be the best for now 👫

Etzel is toilet trained and needs frequent access to grass outside to do his business (and of course to run around and put those long legs to use)🐕

Since being in foster care Etzel has learnt “sit” and “down”. How to walk on a lead, “leave it” “come” and “stay” are currently a work in progress 📖

It is very important that Etzel gets a loving family that is also willing to invest into ongoing training for Etzel📚 Food is a great motivator for him to continue his training. He enjoys his two meals a day + lots of snacks. 🦴
