Layla

Layla is an incredibly happy and social pup who loves to make new friends. She is highly intelligent, active, playful, eager to please and always up for a cuddle.

Layla loves nothing more than playing fetch with her favourite balls or tug of war with her plush toys - though she does have a habit of destroying them! She also loves bananas and going for long runs outdoors.

Every morning, Layla insists on having a snuggle before starting her day. Her typical day consists of hours of walks and playtime outdoors followed by some nap cuddles on the couch - what's not to love? Layla also goes to day care 1-2 days a week where she gets along wonderfully with all the other dogs. At home, she lives happily with another small dog and they get along like a house on fire.

With such a great dog to keep living her best life she's going to need a home that is willing to commit to spending time engaging with her in fun meaningful ways. If you've ever considered dog sports, then this is the dog for you! Is a super focussed dog with balls, toys or food and really easy to motivate. Maybe's she's the next Tik Tok trick dog champion!

Layla has had great obedience training already, she is fully crate-trained and house-trained too! Her ideal family will be a fun active family that wants to include her in all of their adventures, older children will enjoy Layla's enthusiasm and be more suited to playing with her appropriately. She is still a working dog at heart and if she thinks that you need rounding up then she's not afraid of a quick nip to the heels to get the game started.

She'd love a home with another canine friend or at the least regular doggy play dates to keep her social tank full, she's not so keen on sharing her space with cats, so a home without a resident feline is essential.

If at the end of the day, you need a little pick me up, just take a nap with Layla, she'll nuzzle right under your chin while taking a nap on your chest - it's just too cute!
