Hiya there! I'm Morris!

I've had a bit of a rough start to life, living as a stray and fending for myself. I think I've lived a life with enough excitement for now, it's about time I got to sit back and be pampered. I'd really appreciate going to a quieter home, with lots of safe and cozy places to nap, a warm spot to sit in the sun and watch the world go by from the safety of indoors, but most of all a loving human who can give me the time I need to feel comfortable and at home.

I'm a bit nervous about all this fuss at the shelter, people checking on me, and trying to get to know me. It's all a bit overwhelming, so please don't be offended if I'm not super smoochy when we first meet. I'm just a bit old fashioned and shy. But when I do feel comfortable with you, I'm the smoochiest man EVER! I love head pats and chin rubs.

My adventurous past means I've picked up FIV, but that doesn't mean I'm not still gearing up for a long and happy life. I just might need a little bit of extra TLC or medical care down the road. You can always ask the friendly adoption team any questions you have about it and they'd be happy to answer!
