About Ember ๐
This Handsome gentleman is Ember.
He and his siblings didnโt have the best start to life, finding themselves dumped in a box outside a vetโs office.
Upon coming into care Ember was understandably scared of people, he has taken some time to come around but now realises just what heโs been missing out on.
While Ember doesnโt enjoy being picked up he will very happily climb into your lap if you are sitting on the lounge. Rubbing against your legs while youโre doing your daily routine or talking to you when he wants his meal.
The purr on this man would give an engine a run for its money.
Ember is very cat social and is always the first to welcome any newcomers to his foster home.
He has also been around small dogs who he tolerates but will tell them if they are being too boisterous for him.
We feel Ember would do really well in a quieter home with someone who understands he will need some time to adjust. A home with no small children would be best suited. He hasnโt had any exposure to the younger ones while in care so we are unsure how he would adapt.
Ember will need a feline companion in his forever home as we think this will make his transition a lot easier. He is also a very playful boy, so someone that would be happy to play with him.
This gorgeous boy deserves to finally find his forever home. He has been in care for 230 days ๐ข
Could that be with you? Are you looking for a new companion?
He definitely wonโt disappoint ๐

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
