Hello! I'm Romy, a sweet, sensitive young lady looking for someone to give me guidance and love. It's a scary world out there and I just know I'll be a bit braver with you by my side! Since I'm a bit timid with new environments and things, I'll be looking to you for reassurance. From a gentle pat or some yummy treats, I just know I'll be feeling a bit braver! If it's a new object or toy, I'd love a slow introduction, at my own pace, so I can have some positive experiences with it. :)
Despite my worries I bond super fast with people. Once I know who you are, I'm sure I'll be climbing into your lap for big cuddles! I'd love it if someone was at home to help me settle in until I'm feeling confident, and then we can work on leaving me at home alone a bit more.
If you have any teens at home (or calm older kids) I'd love to meet them! If you have a calm, social doggie family member I would like to meet him/her to make sure we could be a good match.
No dog parks or off-leash areas for me please!
