About Boof
Hello everyone, we would absolutely love to introduce you to Boof!
This sweet guy has come into the shelter quite shut down and has come a long way with a bit of patience and love.
Boof has not had the best start to life and can be a little shy at meeting new people, he has told us that he would love to go to a home with adults only and people who will understand that he will take time to warm up. This means that lots of physical affection will make Boof unsure until he has formed a bond and knows that you mean the absolute best for him.
Boof has warmed up to some within the shelter and has shown that he is really just a puppy at heart, wanting to go zoomies all day and then tucker down and chew on a nice kong filled with peanut butter or other delicious treats.
He would benefit from some force-free training to help with that energy, so he can be the smartest boy around!
Boof is unsure around other dogs so he will need to be the only fur baby at home, his new adopter/s will need to help him manage this- the amazing LDH staff will give you tips/tricks on how to help him gain more confidence.
If you want to give a beautiful boy like Boof a good home and you are ready for a lifelong commitment then come into North Melbourne LDH and meet Boof today!
