Hi there! 👋
My name is Jemma, I'm a 1 year old spaniel x kelpie x pug. 🐕 I am cute & small and won't take up much room except for in your heart.
I am looking for a home where my humans are home most of the time to give me lots of love & attention. I would prefer a home with another friendly dog but that isn't essential. I am just a happy dog looking for my own family to love me.
I have just come into foster care so I am working on my basic manners (and mastering them!). I am learning to walk on a leash, my name, sit and wait, amongst other things. I currently sleep in the laundry with my foster sisters with no mistakes made overnight.
I may not be winning any fetch awards, but I will definitely win over your heart with my mad snuggling skills. If a night of snacking, snuggling and sitcoms is your thing - we may be the perfect match! Remember I do have Kelpie in me so if you can ensure I remain a happy girl by providing the ongoing exercise, training, socialisation and mental stimulation a working breed dog needs then foster mum would love to hear from you.

~As a working breed I will need lots of mental & physical stimulation. How to do plan
to meet those needs?
~ Have you done any training with other dogs? If so what training have you and your
previous/current dog completed?
~I will need additional vet work in my life time such as follow up
vaccinations etc, is this a problem?
~I will also need flea and worm treatments to keep me at my
optimum health, are you prepared for that?
~I've had a diet since being at the rescue of quality biscuits & raw, can you
guarantee to continue my current diet?
~ I am a good 10-20 years commitment are you 100% ready to
give me a home?

~A yard check or photographic proof of secure fencing, shelter & sleeping areas
will be required.
~A vet reference may be required.
