About Carlos (Chi Mix Puppy)
Please meet CARLOS, a Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier pup born on 6 June 2023.
Carlos's mum is a Chi and his dad is a Chi x JRT, making Carlos three-quarters Chi and one-quarter JRT.
Carlos is full of Chihuahua spunk in a Jack Russell body. He is large for his genetic makeup and we guesstimate he’ll be about 10 kgs at maturity. Nevertheless he’s still a small dog. He is soft and cuddly with his humans but loves to wrestle and play with small dogs.
He is able to sit on command and is doing the foundation dog obedience course.
Carlos would make a great family pet and would love the company of older children and another small dog to wrestle and play with.
Carlos is crate training at night and is being fostered in a home with a 12 year old child, 3 cats and 2 small dogs.

Carlos is part way through his course of vaccinations and is microchipped. He is also flea and worm-treated. His adoption fee includes desexing when age appropriate.

Adoption details
Dogs:
The first step in our adoption process is to complete the online adoption application form at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ This is a mandatory step and you are encouraged to answer all questions and provide photos of your yard and fencing.
All applications will be considered by our Adoption Team, following which a "meet and greet" will be offered to the top-ranking applicant.
The "meet and greet" is held in Warwick, Queensland. If successful, the applicant may adopt the dog and take him or her home the same day.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
